For those not yet introduced to the world of deaf and sign language,
you may notice that there are as many variations in sign language as there are in spoken language,
yet being a visual language of concepts,
the communication bridge is shorter among signers than it is among speakers.

There is no lack of creativity, energy, intellect, or faith; there is only a difference in communication.

That difference too often results in reduced access to information.

Some of it is trivial.  Some of it is critical.
